Quicklime Granules Bagging and Palletizing — Real Site Case

Project Overview

This TELIANG MACHINERY site video documents quicklime granules (calcium oxide, CaO) bagging and palletizing. The material is confirmed for this case; the footage shows operator participation, conveying and bag-gripper handling.

Visible Bagging and Palletizing Sequence

At the bagging area, an operator supports a bag and guides its mouth as it moves along the conveyor. The bag travels upright before the transfer mechanism lays it flat.

A mast-mounted bag gripper then lifts a bag from the transfer station, moves it over the pallet, lowers it and releases it. Other stacked bags are visible beside the equipment.

The clip demonstrates these actions, not sustained line output or a production acceptance result.

What to Specify for Quicklime Packaging

Quicklime reacts with water and releases heat. For a quicklime bagging machine, specify moisture protection, bag and liner construction, closure details and dust control at filling and transfer points. These are requirements to confirm for your application, not verified features of this filmed installation. See the NIOSH calcium oxide reference.

Keep quicklime, hydrated lime and limestone separate in your material brief. Share particle-size distribution, fines, bulk density and material temperature. Agree a material-and-bag trial, operator tasks and the transfer conditions needed for reliable gripping and stacking. The National Lime Association terminology explains the material distinctions.
