A palletizing system transfers filled bags from a packaging line and stacks them in layers on a pallet. TELIANG offers column and robotic palletizing arrangements. Selection depends on filled-bag weight and shape, pallet pattern, infeed position, available space and the route for removing completed pallets.
For bagging lines that need a defined route from closed bags to pallet loads. Bag condition, arrival orientation and the required stacking pattern determine the handling layout.
The conveyor brings the bag to the pickup position with the agreed orientation and spacing.
In a column arrangement, the gripper and moving arm lift and transfer the bag from the conveyor to the pallet position.
Place bags according to the selected layer pattern, then remove the completed pallet through the planned handling route.
Agree the equipment scope around the actual material, bag and production route.
Review column and robotic configurations against the bag, pallet positions and available floor space.
Bag dimensions, fill consistency and surface affect pickup. Agree conveyor height, orientation and arrival timing.
Define pallet dimensions, layer pattern, removal access and the safety boundary for the installed system.
Use the material, bag and required output to define a configuration. The equipment quotation records the agreed operating conditions and machine details.
Stack stability and handling rate depend on the actual bags and pallet pattern. Do not infer either from a workshop photograph.
Bag and carton handling should be reviewed separately. The load shape and pickup surface affect gripper selection and conveyor presentation.
The supplied photo shows a column-mounted palletizer. An articulated robot is a separate equipment option with a different movement and cell layout.
Yes. The infeed must match the closed bag, discharge height, arrival direction and cycle timing of the upstream equipment.
Provide filled-bag weight and dimensions, pallet size, layer pattern, required output and a floor layout. These inputs define the gripper and system interfaces.
