What is a bagging line?
A bagging line connects material feeding, weighing, bag filling and downstream handling into one production route. Closing, conveying and palletizing are included according to the agreed scope. TELIANG configures the line around the material, bag format, required output and existing equipment interfaces.

A complete-line output cannot be inferred from the fastest individual machine. Filling, closing, transfer and palletizing must be evaluated as one sequence.

Common questions
How do I choose between a column and a robot palletizing line?
Start with the filled bag, pallet pattern and available floor space. Then define the infeed and pallet-removal layout with TELIANG.
Does every bagging line include a robot?
No. The discharge can end at a conveyor or use a selected palletizing arrangement. The agreed equipment list defines the line.
Can it connect to existing equipment?
Interface compatibility needs review: heights, controls, bag condition and cycle timing are the starting inputs.
What should a bagging-line quotation define?
Provide the material, bag sample, target weight, required output and plant layout. The quotation should identify each included station, operator tasks, utility requirements and the interfaces to equipment supplied by others.
