What is a semi-automatic bagging machine?
A semi-automatic bagging machine controls weighing and filling while an operator places each empty open-mouth bag on the filling spout. Feeding is selected for the material, and closing and conveying are defined separately. TELIANG can connect the station to downstream handling; sustained output depends on both the equipment and operator tasks.
Where it is used
For operator-assisted packing of granular or powdered materials. Grain, feed and other flowing products need a feeding arrangement matched to their behavior; powders need a separate review of dosing and dust handling.

How it works
- 01
Position the empty bag
The operator fits the bag mouth over the filling spout and secures it at the clamp.

Dose and release
The selected weighing and feed arrangement controls the charge, then releases the filled bag onto its support or conveyor.

Convey and close
The conveyor carries the filled bag to the selected sewing or sealing equipment. Downstream transfer can connect to palletizing.
Define the configuration.
Agree the equipment scope around the actual material, bag and production route.
Bag-closing station
The supplied photo shows a sewing head alongside the conveyor. Review bag mouth construction before choosing sewing, folding or heat sealing.
Operator and conveyor layout
Agree bag placement height, filled-bag support, conveyor direction and the handoff to closing.
Specify your equipment.
Use the material, bag and required output to define a configuration. The equipment quotation records the agreed operating conditions and machine details.
Operator activity is part of the cycle. A quoted filling rate alone does not establish sustained bagging-line output.

Common questions
Should I choose a single or twin weighing-hopper layout?
A twin-hopper arrangement can prepare separate weighed charges before bag discharge. The operator, feeder and closing station still affect the complete cycle. TELIANG reviews the layout against your material and required output; a second hopper is not by itself an output guarantee.
What does the operator do?
The operator places the empty bag and carries out the handling tasks defined for the line. Automatic dosing does not by itself include automatic bag placement.
Can filling, sewing and conveying work together?
Yes. These stages can be arranged as a connected packaging route. The quotation identifies the closing method, conveyor layout and equipment included.
Which feeding method should I choose?
Start with a material sample or description, target bag weight and output. TELIANG reviews the feeding and weighing arrangement for that combination.
