Powder Bagging
Machine
A controlled feed starts with understanding your powder.
Define the material, target bag weight and output. Then select the weighing, filling and closing configuration.

What does a powder
bagging machine do?
A powder bagging machine weighs powder into bags. Screw or auger feeding is a starting point for a controlled powder feed; the final configuration depends on how your material flows, its target bag weight and the required output.
Start here if you need
- Powder materials requiring a controlled feed
- Applications where material flow needs to be assessed
- Projects that need weighing, filling and bag closing considered together
First, check the material
Describe your actual powder, including bulk density, moisture, dust and any tendency to bridge. Material suitability must be confirmed for the selected configuration.

Define your requirements.
Match equipment to your material.
| Requirement | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Material | Powder type, bulk density, flow, moisture and dust behavior |
| Bag | Construction, dimensions, target weight and closing method |
| Output | Required bags per hour and available operators |
| Utilities | Site power supply and compressed-air availability |
| Layout | Material inlet, filled-bag outlet and downstream equipment |
Build around
the whole process.
The bag and the next machine matter as much as the filling step.
How it works
- Feed powder to the weighing and filling stage.
- Weigh the target quantity and fill the bag.
- Transfer the filled bag for the specified sewing or sealing step.

Discuss your line requirements
- Sewing or sealing matched to the bag
- Conveyors between filling and closing
- Palletizing as part of a coordinated line
Specify automatic or manual bag placement separately. Share your power supply, bag material and any existing equipment.
Discuss your configurationBefore you choose.
Give the material details first.
A speed figure alone cannot select the machine.
Is a powder bagging machine the same as a valve bag packer?
Powder describes the material; valve describes the bag opening. State whether you need open-mouth, valve or bulk bags before selecting the feeding and bag-handling arrangement.
Why consider screw or auger feeding?
Screw / auger feeding is TELIANG’s primary starting point for powder bagging. Confirm how your powder flows before selecting a feeder and machine configuration.
What bag weight and speed should I specify?
Provide your target kilograms per bag and bags per hour together. The material and bag format affect the output of the complete bagging cycle.
Is powder bagging fully automatic?
Automatic weighing and filling do not establish automatic bag placement. Specify whether operators will place bags and which downstream steps need automation.
Can I add sewing, conveying or palletizing?
TELIANG has related sewing / sealing, conveying and palletizing capabilities. The bag type and interfaces between machines need to be confirmed for your line.
