What is a valve bag packing machine?
A valve bag packing machine fills a bag through its valve opening using a filling spout. This bag interface differs from open-mouth bag filling. Material behavior, the valve construction and the selected filling method must be considered together.

How it works

Fit and secure the valve
Position the bag valve on the filling spout and secure the bag for the selected filling cycle.

Meter the material
The configured feed and weighing system controls the charge. Pneumatic filling uses air-assisted delivery; the approach must match the powder and bag.

Release and close
Release the filled bag to its discharge arrangement. If a separate valve-sealing station is specified, coordinate it with bag release and transfer.
Define the configuration.
Agree the equipment scope around the actual material, bag and production route.
Filling and dust connection
Select the filling approach after reviewing material flow, bulk density and air behavior. Agree how the station connects to the plant dust-handling system.
Closing and discharge
Define bag release, any additional valve sealing and the downstream conveyor. Confirm these operations separately from filling.
Specify your equipment.
Use the material, bag and required output to define a configuration. The equipment quotation records the agreed operating conditions and machine details.
A valve bag is not equivalent to an open-mouth bag. Neither sealing behavior nor compatibility with a particular filling method should be assumed from the bag name.

Common questions
Do I need ultrasonic sealing for a valve bag?
Some valve-bag configurations include a separate ultrasonic sealing step. Its suitability depends on the valve sleeve and bag construction. Supply a bag sample and state the required closure; this feature is not assumed to be included in every machine.
Can I use my existing valve bags?
Compatibility depends on valve dimensions, construction and the selected spout. Review the actual bag before confirming a machine.
Are all valve bag machines pneumatic?
No. Filling method is a configuration choice. Pneumatic filling is one option; other arrangements must be reviewed for the application.
